Interior and Exterior Painting and Staining
Steps :
Preparing The Surface
Properly preparing the surface is the first step to a quality paint job
Covering and Protecting
Anything that can’t be removed is protected with heavy butyl-backed drop cloths. Windows and doors are carefully masked with painters tape, and masking paper or plastic sheeting.
Drywall Repair and Caulking
Small holes caused by nails and anchors are filed with lightweight spackle. All drywall repairs are re-textured to blend into the surrounding area. Smoothing and Priming the Surface
Applying Color
In most cases, applying the paint with rollers and brushes provides the best finish and minimizes mess. Of all the steps, applying color is the one we enjoy the most. It’s also the most exciting time for most homeowners.
Finishing Touches : Woodwork , Windows and Doors
Trim pieces are given the same careful attention if requested
The Final Walk – Through
We carefully inspect the room for mistakes and touch up where needed. We encourage you to come with us on this final walk-through; it’s your home, and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
Exterior House and deck Pressure washing
Steps:
1 . we cover the plants around your house with tarps or plastic sheeting.
2. we add cleaning detergent to the machine’s water flow
3. If the siding is very dirty, we may have to use a rotating scrub brush accessory to clean the surface. The brush can use either clean water or dispense a soapy solution.
4. To prevent streaks on house siding we start pressure washing on the bottom and work up.
5. To rinse the side, we start at the top and work down. The clean water will flush away any dirt and soap residue and leave behind a dean surface.
The process includes a double application of our biodegradable cleansers that safely remove contaminants from your home’s siding and inhibit future buildup. This is followed by a selective soft bristle brush scrub and our signature double fresh water rinse.
Not washing your home or deck regularly allows mold, mildew, dirt and many other contaminants to become embedded in your siding. And beyond the negative impact this has on your home’s beauty and curb appeal, it will also quickly devalue your home and destroy its exterior.

Deck or Garage painting
A painted deck or fence can be beautiful, but painting can also be a real problem. Unlike wood siding, wood in decks, handrails, fences, retaining walls, and other complex structures expose several surfaces of each piece of wood to the weather.
